Service Delivery Model

Codians.ai is an online digital marketplace platform connecting clients ("service buyers") with codians ("freelancers/service providers"). All services offered and sold through our platform are digital services only, and no physical products are shipped.

Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment confirmation, access to the purchased service is activated electronically.
Project-related deliverables are provided directly by the registered codian as per the milestones and timelines mutually agreed between the client and the codian.
All digital deliverables including source code, documents, images, reports, or any other project files are transferred through:
- Codians.ai dashboard
- Registered email ID of the client
- Platform messaging system

Timelines

Service activation is instant after successful online payment unless otherwise specified.
Project completion timelines depend on the scope of work and milestones finalized between client and freelancer at the time of order confirmation.

Responsibility Disclaimer

CODIANS INFRA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED only guarantees:

✔ confirmation of service order
✔ electronic access enablement
✔ secure payment processing via Razorpay

The company is not liable for:

any delay in project delivery caused by freelancers
changes in scope initiated by clients
force majeure conditions affecting agreed timelines

All such matters are governed by our official Terms & Conditions and Refund / Cancellation Policy.
